WHO WE ARE

XENOPI.COM is the home page of Xenopi Studios, located in a suburb of Portland, Oregon. Xenopi was founded by Eric Cha in 2000 as a small “indie” video game company. In 2010, wanting to make more of an impact on society, Eric decided to incorporate his interests in other areas such as Electric Vehicles and Sustainable “Green” Living. Today, Xenopi Studios is a melding of Creativity & Technology with an eye towards Sustainable Living. As a group we believe in producing innovative products that are expressions of our collective creativity and reflect the interests we hold as individuals. The result is what you see before you.

WHAT WE DO

Collectively, we focus on three areas:

Videogames and Entertainment – this is our past. We’ve been working on games for over a decade and the wide variety of skills and expertise required to create video games gives us a unique perspective when it comes to technology and human interaction. We still make games, but that’s not all we do anymore.
Sustainable Transportation Technology – this is our present. We create technology for electric vehicles and alternative vehicle designs. The world is at a crossroads and we’re attempting to re-think what people need for transportation, and how it can be made more efficient, more sustainable, and more fun.
Collaboration – this is our future. Great things happen when people work together. Working together with other companies to either bolster their products or develop new ones creates synergy. We are always actively seeking out other companies and individuals that we can develop synergy with.

OUR VISION AND PHILOSOPHY

Xenopi Studios is all about synergy and community. We believe that people do their best work when they are passionate about the work itself. However, even the most passionate people need occasional help, support, and guidance. Xenopi is a team, but works as a virtual “Co-op” where like minded people can share resources, ideas, inspiration, and encouragement. The products and services you see on our website are produced by real people, not faceless corporations. We believe in the intrinsic value of small businesses, building community, and maintaining close ties to our fellow human beings, whether they be customers or neighbors.
